Workshop:

When students feel they belong they become "more comfortable stepping out of the stereotypes that have been pre-set for the community.” And “There would be more students challenging themselves in areas that can be more beneficial for the community as a whole" (Brown, 2023). And the OECD finds that "a sense of belonging" is important to schooling outcomes. We work with school leaders to facilitate development of school as a place of belonging.
